We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team in a part-time capacity to assist with admin data entry and managing social media content.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and social media management. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, have excellent organizational skills, and be comfortable using various social media platforms to create and schedule posts. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the marketing industry while working in a flexible, part-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry: Accurately input and update client information, marketing data, and other essential documents into company systems.

Social Media Management: Create and schedule posts for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) in line with the marketing strategy.

Assist with content creation (graphics, text, and videos) for social media posts.

Respond to inquiries and comments on social media accounts.

Monitor social media analytics and report on performance.

Support the team with any additional administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar).

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite.

Excellent written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Previous experience in social media management or data entry is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Spark.

Knowledge of social media best practices and trends.

Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts.

Working Hours:

Flexible hours (18-25 Hours a week). We are open to discussing scheduling options that work best for you.

Compensation:

$12-$13 an hour
