Principal duties include: Responsibility for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing equipment, minor building repairs, grounds and offices maintenance. Ability to diagnosis, repair and overhaul woodworking machinery, minor repairs to electrical and mechanical systems and manage outside contractors for larger maintenance or repair requirements.
Qualifications and skills -5 Years maintenance experience in industrial, commercial or military facilities, or extensive punch out experience if coming from a builder background. Must have mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic and diagnostic aptitude. Woodworking experience is also helpful. General knowledge and capabilities for operating basic office equipment including Microsoft Office Suite.
Required education: High school diploma
