Now Hiring: Carport & Metal Shed Installer (Traveling Crew Member)
We build carports and tubular steel sheds across the U.S. and are looking for a dependable crew member to join our installation team. This position involves traveling nationwide and assisting with both installs and shared driving duties using a Dodge 2500 and gooseneck trailer (under 26,000 lbs GVWR).
Compensation & Work Details:
Pay: 3.75% of each completed job (After you get some training the Average take home pay is $300–$450/day on active installation days , based on speed and quality of work)
Travel days: Unpaid, but meals are provided (If the drive is more than 15 hours one way, hourly pay is available for the drivers. We share driving task throughout the team. You'll get some additional hourly. on long trips. Your % of the job make it worth it )
Schedule: Nationwide travel required — occasional flights may be needed
Work type: Physically demanding labor, including heavy lifting and exposure to all weather conditions
No pay for standing around — teamwork and efficiency = higher earnings
Requirements:
Valid U.S. driver’s license
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Willing and able to drive a truck pulling a gooseneck trailer
Must be drug-free and sober (drug test required)
Comfortable working on roofs and ladders — no fear of heights
Able to communicate with team (Spanish preferred or use of a translator app)
1099 independent contractor position
