Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as an Industrial Fleet Wash Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the exterior and interior of tractor-trailers, ensuring that all vehicles are presented in a clean and professional condition. This position plays a key part in maintaining the image and cleanliness standards of our fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
Wash and detail the exterior of tractors and trailers using pressure washers, hoses, brushes, and cleaning solutions
Clean interior trailer spaces as needed (may include sweeping and disinfecting)
Remove dirt, grease, and road film from vehicles
Apply wax or protective coatings when required
Ensure proper disposal of wastewater and cleaning materials according to environmental regulations
Perform routine inspections of washing equipment and report maintenance needs
Maintain a clean and organized shop work area
Follow safety procedures at all times, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Maintain accurate records of work performed, job supplies used, and job completion status
Document completed work, maintain parts box inventory daily and report any mechanical issues observed
Qualifications:
Valid Driver’s License with CLEAN driving record REQUIRED
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Previous experience in vehicle or truck washing is a plus, but not required
Ability to work in outdoor and wet conditions, including exposure to heat and cold
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
