We are a family farm in Tobaccoville, NC looking for a motivated individual to help care for our livestock. Tasks will include feeding and watering animals (pigs and chickens), light construction, tractor operation, gathering and washing eggs, hand labor related to our vegetable operation and other field tasks as assigned.
The ideal candidate is experienced running a tractor (or other larger machinery) and is a hard-working self-starter that takes direction, is punctual and reliable.
Most likely Winter hours will be as follows: 3 full days Tuesday through Thursdays. We are open to a full time position for someone that wants to add additional hours working on our vegetable operation.
The position can become long term for the right individual.
