This will be an onsite role within our Winston-Salem office!Job Summary:This position is responsible to perform manual and shipping duties related to the preparation and shipment to customer, components and finished products mailed primarily through FedEx.Key Responsibilities:
Prepares devices for shipment to remote workers or other office locations
Prints mailing labels and provides company documentation such as user instruction packets
Maintains shipping material inventory including boxes, bubble wrap, labels, bags, markers, etc.
Moves prepped equipment from the build area to shipping docks, palletizing, shrink wrapping, etc.
Receives materials and unpacks boxes with such contents
Keeps area clean, discard boxes and packing materials, etc.
Communicates effectively with all levels of management, co-workers, and clients to provide quality customer service

Must possess understanding of MS Office
Proficient in use of copier machines and printers
Able to distribute incoming FedEx packages to employees on assigned floors
Able to process and ship outgoing FedEx packages
Proficient computer skills

Ability to work alone and meet set deadlines
Ability to work well in high-pressure environments
