Dealer DiscountAdecco is currently recruiting for Dealer Discount in Winston-Salem, North Carolina . This is a potential temp-to-hire opportunity with a starting pay of $20.07 per hour .Dealer Discount will be required to provide world-class client service by answering telephone inquiries in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. Responsibilities include system attachment of new loan packages and support documentation, reviewing and verifying loan documentation, providing key support and problem resolution to dealer clients, and assisting with training and mentoring for team members. Additional duties involve managing incomplete loan packages, executing commodity checks via telephone, and attaching dealer loan proceeds confirmations to loan files.Candidates are required to have the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, excellent attention to detail with high accuracy, strong time management skills, and resourcefulness to multitask effectively. The ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment is also essential.Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, customer service experience, strong decision-making and organizational skills, and prior experience in retail finance or indirect financing.What’s in this for you?
