Job Title: Mobile Building EngineerJob Overview:We are seeking qualified candidates that will be responsible for the overall maintenance and repair within a commercial/retail space.Responsibilities include the following:
Perform minor plumbing, electrical, hvac, and carpentry repairs in various facilities
Ensure that equipment and systems are operating accurately in designated properties
Perform day-today preventative maintenance
Conduct routine assessments as needed
Follow CMS system and complete orders based upon level of urgency
Utilize tablet, phone, laptop as needed to record necessary information
Desired Skillets:
Experienced with plumbing, electrical, hvac, and carpentry
Computer literate
Customer service
Communication skills
Ability to utilize hand/power tools
Ability and comfortable with working independently
