Accounting Requirements:
Applicant must possess Associates Degree in Accounting OR 2+years of proven accounting experience in A/R, A/P, billing, reconciliations, accruals and financial statement preparation. Solid knowledge and understanding of accounting transactions is required.
Human Resource Requirements:
Must be knowledgeable with basic employment law. Must create and deliver various employee training and implement internal processes and controls.
