We are a large, established roofing company in Wilmington, NC. We always have steady work and pay every week on time. Our projects are mostly residential shingle roofs (4/12–6/12 pitch), plus siding & insulation jobs. We are growing and looking for experienced Latino crews to join us.

Roofing crews – shingles & metal
Hardie siding specialists

WE PROVIDE / LO QUE PROVEEMOS:
All roofing materials (shingles, metal, nails, etc.)
Consistent work — 2–3 days/week now, will move to 5+ days/week.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES / RESPONSABILIDADES:
Tear-off old roofs
Install shingles, felt, drip edge, flashing, boots
Replace up to 3 boards decking if needed
Complete cleanup with magnet sweep
REQUIREMENTS / REQUISITOS:
Roofing experience (asphalt &/or metal)
General Liability + Workers Comp insurance
Tools + transportation
Legal work eligibility
Driver’s license & dependable crew
References & photos of past work preferred
