-Ability to work independently while completing projects on time.
-Must have own tools and reliable vehicle.
-Experience in the following - carpentry, kitchen and bath remodeling, additions, decks, tile, flooring, drywall, painting, cabinetry, light plumbing and electrical, punch lists
-Must have strong work ethic and clean presentation.
-Pay based on demonstrated experience.
