MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN WILMINGTON, DURHAM, AND RALEIGH NORTH CAROLINA

EIMC is currently hiring for the position of Maintenance Technician for properties in Raleigh and Wilmington, North Carolina. The position of Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring apartment units, and other facilities are in good working order. This includes diagnosing and repairing air condition and heating units, electrical appliances, outlets, plumbing, carpentry, locks, and similar repairs. This position also follows a planned preventive maintenance schedule and follows up with residents after repairs are completed. To be eligible for this position, applicants must but be EPA and CPO Certified, have a minimum of (3) three years’ experience in apartment maintenance, provide their own tools, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, automobile insurance, and willing to work flexible hours, and be on call after hours.
