Site Manager

We are looking for a site manager for 2 Apartment Communities in Southport, NC. The position is approximately 25-30 hours per week . Compensation will commensurate with work experience. Duties include but are not limited to : Processing applications by verifying eligibility, maintain and update a waiting list, execute leases, certifications and unit inspections, send letters to residents for past due amounts, lease violations, inspections or any other correspondence as needed. Answer phones, resident questions and hand out applications to prospective applicants, etc.
