We are a rapidly growing HVAC Company looking for a skilled customer service person who can work in a fast paced office.
This person will be responsible for various tasks involved with the service department. HVAC and dispatching is a plus. Typing and computer skills including outlook, excel, quick books, etc. Must be organized and be able to work as a team member and independently. Must be willing to learn, and follow instructions.
Other responsibilities to include, Customer Service, Data Entry, and working with various websites for entry and follow up.
