We are a busy and growing utility construction company and are hiring dedicated Construction Laborers to join our team. The job is a full time position with benefits. Some benefits are available after your 90 day trial period ( Health insurance, uniform program and paid holidays ) other benefits start after the first year ( 401 K, and paid vacation) .
You will be responsible for assisting in operating and maintaining various machines, load and unload materials and follow instructions from supervisors and other skilled tradesmen. This position requires that you be physically fit, reliable, flexible and task orientated.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the operation and care of construction equipment and machines.
Help equipment operators and other skilled personal when necessary.
Prep work site by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
Load and unload materials.
Remove, fill, or compact earth.
Follow instructions from supervisors.
Ready to learn from on-the-job training.
Perform site clean-up.
Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age
Must be punctual, reliable and be willing to work in all types of weather.
Be available to work 40 to 60 hrs a week.
