We are looking to fill a Silt Fence team crew leader position. This position would require the person to have a valid drivers license. Have experience in installing silt fence and be able to manage a team of 2-4 crew members. We use both a plow device and a trencher to install silt fence depending on the application and terrain. Being able to read site plans would be a requirement. Full company benefits include PTO, Vacation days paid, 401 k plan with company contribution. Room to grow within the company.
