We’re looking for reliable workers to join our team in Wilmington. Our top priority when hiring is finding someone who is polite and respectful to others — a good attitude goes a long way.
Most of our work is inside new homes, and we install:
Closet shelving
Bathroom mirrors
Shower doors
Bathroom accessories (toilet paper holders, towel rods, towel rings, etc.)
This is not a temporary or summer job. We’re hiring for steady full-time work — our goal is to offer you a long-term career, not just short-term work. No experience is okay — we are willing to train and teach you.
What we’re looking for:
Polite, respectful, and dependable
Willing to learn and take direction
Able to lift and handle materials like shelving and mirrors
Transportation is not required — we can provide that
