No experience? No Problem! Entry level positions start at $18 / hour
Got experience with Residential and/or Commercial Landscaping? Positions pay at $19-$20 / hour based on overall experience, knowledge, and work ethic.
Team Leads start at $20 - $23 based on experience. This requires dedicated experience in the landscape industry leading teams of 4+ people doing lawn maintenance, pruning, and/or installations.
Capable individuals can start at $23 and up: Must have Maintenance/Install/Irrigation experience and possible business management experience and understanding.
