Join our family oriented team at Ceviche's, a vibrant dining destination restaurant featuring cuisine from Panama and Latin America. Just named 2024 "Best overal restaurant in Wilmington, NC" by Wilmington Magazine.
Position starts at $18 to $20/ hour with 30-40 hours per week. Hourly rate increases based on individual's performance and responsibilities. Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
Previous full-service restaurant experience is a must. If you’re a person who is motivated, reliable, a team player, willing and eager to learn and can multitask, we want to hear from you!
Specific Task and Duties include but not limited to:
-Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
-Follow prep lists and recipes
-Prepare food for service by working stations (sautee, cold, and fry)
-Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
-Clean up station
-Stock inventory appropriately
-Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
-Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
