job detailsjob summary:Our client is looking to add a REMOTE Supply Chain Coordinator to add to their growing team! We are looking for candidates located in Delaware, and our client plans to have their warehouse facility in TN, so there will be light travel to this location when required.We are looking for someone that has 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain or warehouse operations with a focus on purchasing, inventory management, and customer orders. Candidates should be well versed in managing ERP/MRP systems. This is a very exciting opportunity for the chance to work with a growing company! Manage all aspects of departmental supply chain activities from incoming goods to customer orders

Generate purchase orders, manage goods receipt, and process customer orders

Prepare, pack, and ship goods per customer orders and shipment schedules

Support Manufacturing by providing historical data on customer requirements

Liaise with QC, QA, and R&D to support procurement processes

Support final phase development project transition

Build customer relationships through timely communication

Communicate with suppliers

Liaise with key stakeholders and corporate procurement for new materials

Maintain good supplier relationships and negotiate terms

Liaise with manufacturing to maintain production schedule

Generate job numbers for scheduled production

Ensure raw materials/consumables availability

Assist in planning for instrument and consumable production

Manage import/export requirements

Manage stock movements within the ERP system

Assist in continuous improvement of the ERP system

Troubleshoot issues and events, working closely with the Quality Group

Experience level: Experienced

Minimum 3 years of experience

Education: Bachelors (required)
