(remote)How will you make an impact?The North America Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for marketing strategy and tactical implementation of activities and results supporting marketing programs to include quality controls and toxicology portfolio. The product lines help simplify, optimize, and enhance quality assurance of patient results and impact laboratory workflow operations.The Regional Marketing Manager will be a self-starter who can work both independently and with a team, be highly adaptable and flexible with an ability to change direction when needed and clearly communicate such change in a timely manner. Additionally, you will have the ability to effectively interact with and relate to people at all levels of the corporation and move the team into a common direction with a common vision.What will you do?
Develop multi-channel integrated marketing plans, including customer segmentation, competitor analysis, business trends, market opportunities, sales funnels, and staging and pacing of tactical programs.
Guide the development of copy and creative content to appropriately positioning products within compliance guidelines, while conveying strong value propositions and clear product differentiation
Support creation and implementation of marketing content across multiple channels, including email, social media, web, video, print, and live events in collaboration with global marketing and eMarketing.
Develop and support sales training, customer education materials, and marketing plans in collaboration with product management, sales enablement, global marketing, and commercial teams.
Develop a robust lead generation and sales opportunity funnel through promotional initiatives and marketing-led events such as webinars and tradeshows.
Successfully engage with advertising agencies and marketing project managers to deliver high-quality assets, including, but not limited to, creative direction and content for print and digital collateral, PR, social media, customer-facing presentations, regional tradeshow properties and promotional materials
Maintain and analyze campaign metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities.
Maintain knowledge of quality controls and toxicology diagnostic industry trends and competitor activity
Manage marketing budgets and optimize the promotional mix of campaigns to achieve a high return on investment.
Act as a brand ambassador, understanding, upholding, and presenting our multi-brand strategy in all aspects of our marketing programs.
Maintain relationships and projects with external collaborators such as customer KOLs, pharmaceutical partners, patient advocacy groups, and sales channel partners.
How will you get here?EducationBachelor’s degree required (preferably biology, chemistry, or other related scientific fields)Experience4 years of hands-on experience in downstream marketing,Working knowledge of the laboratory diagnostics industry, healthcare or regulated environments is preferred.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong creative intuition on design and messaging that resonates with customers and an ability to learn from previous campaigns to improve on performance.
Ability to lead project scope, budget, and schedule to achieve timely results.
Effective interpersonal, social, and presentation skills, both online and in-person, including to business leadership teams.
Expert and comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Approximately 10-15% domestic and international travel
