About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to lead an enablement workflow tools (OpsMgr) for our personalization decision engine (CEE). This digital product is used by internal teams in the creation of customer-facing messages across channels (app, web, branch/retail) and will continue to expand to enable message delivery across additional Wells Fargo owned and operated channels. Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
Act as key participant in large-scale planning
Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications, US:
5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge and understanding of product or program management: development of roadmaps, strategies, and management of products ranging from concepts in ideation through to market delivery
Ability to identify and present enhancements to meet business objectives
Experience with Agile methodology including but not limited to intake, discovery, and prioritization of new work and work in progress within the backlog
Working knowledge of Pega Ops Manager and/or Pega Customer Decision Hub
Ability to manage to production goals, deadlines, and various metrics
Knowledge and understanding of technical environments: management and production release coordination
Experience in product change management, delivering training to help drive user adoption of new functionality
Knowledge and understanding of technology production support: fast paced dynamic customer facing application which requires high availability
Knowledge and understanding of technology software: deployments design, engineering, and support
Knowledge and understanding of web systems: web application installations, upgrades, and deployments
Managing deployment and ongoing management and resolution of technical and customer issues, includes managing User Support boards, and helping provide over time issue trending
Ability to translate business needs into complex analysis, designs, and recommendations. Uses analysis to identify and define business requirements, while supporting the validity of the final product
Experience in digital production across all channels, platforms, and devices
Project coordination experience
Ability to identify trends and recommend product enhancements
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
Proven success in understanding a technical architecture or platform strategy and ensuring solution recommendations adhere to long term vision
Experience consulting, influencing and partnering with business executives, product managers, technology partners and peers to reach design recommendations that are highly complex
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities while executing on tactical and strategic deliverables to meet timelines
Experience with Agile methodology including but not limited to intake, discovery, and prioritization of new work and work in progress within the backlog
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
