Identity and Access Management Manager (Manager II Technology)Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and in office 1 - 2 days per week). Ideal candidates will live or be willing to relocate to within 50 miles of our Pulse Point locations in Atlanta, GA, Mason, OH, Indianapolis, IN, Grand Prairie, TX, St. Louis, MO, Wallingford, CT, Wilmington, DE or Norfolk, VA.The Identity and Access Management Manager (Manager II Technology) is responsible for maintaining Information Technology strategies by researching and implementing technological strategic solutions and will work closely with Information Technology, security and business teams to manage and streamline the certification lifecycle and ensure the streamlined operation of the IT department. This role will also lead the Identity and Access Management (IAM) certification processes by ensuring that all user access and permissions are accurately reviewed and certified in compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.How you will make an impact:

Develops and manages the Identity and Access Management certification program, ensuring timely and thorough reviews of user access and permissions.

Coordinates with stakeholders to schedule and conduct certification campaigns across various platforms and applications.

Analyzes certification results, identifying and addressing discrepancies or potential risks in user access.

Collaborates with Information Technology and security teams to implement automated processes for access review and certification.

Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies through regular audits and reporting.

Provides training and guidance to business units on IAM certification processes and best practices.

Reviews and improves certification methodologies, incorporating industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Leads a team of Identity and Access Management certification analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Oversees information systems function for a site, system, or special initiatives.

Manages at least a single application (or the equivalent capital and/or level of responsibility and complexity).

Evaluates all directives, change orders, and projects as to their impact on tactical plans, budgets, and contract compliance.

Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with key business partners. Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Minimum Requirements:Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 5 years of experience leading project teams, application software development, maintenance or implementation and support, including 3 years of management or leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

Extensive experience in Identity and Access Management and user access management, with a focus on certification processes strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of access control principles, identity governance, and regulatory compliance strongly preferred.

Experience with Identity and Access Management tools and platforms, as well as automated certification solutions strongly preferred.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on complex data sets strongly preferred.

Knowledge of security best practices and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, HI-Trust) preferred.

Experience with system administration and user account management preferred.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders preferred.

Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address potential security risks preferred.

Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISA, or equivalent advantageous preferred.
