FOUR DAY WORK WEEK - work four, 10 hour days, Mon - Thurs start between 8 and 9am. We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join the Maintenance team as an Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician supporting our Wilmington facility. Ability to think through the mechanical and electrical aspects of machinery operations and decision-making
Capability to read electrical and mechanical drawings for troubleshooting of the electro mechanical systems
Effective time management skills to meet deadlines on multiple long- and short-term projects
Communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with a diverse group of people and personalities
Ability to provide high levels of customer service, responding promptly and thoroughly to the inquiries of internal customers

Repairing machinery, including electro-mechanical equipment, motion controls, motors, pneumatic systems, pumps.
Ensuring efficient operation of machinery and support equipment, including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical.
Locating sources of issues by observing equipment in operation; troubleshooting for issues; using precision measuring and testing instruments.
Assisting with the maintenance of inventory records and replenishment of machine parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
Working safely. Abiding by and promoting established safety policies and procedures. Identifying and following-up on unsafe conditions.
The essential functions of this role include:
