Our client is an enterprise company that is refreshing its end user technology. We are looking for a Tech to do the physical refresh on the shop floor and in a project setting. Dependability, excellent communication skills, and a friendly disposition are essential.Work schedule: M-F, 8 am-4:30 pm with very little, if any, overtime; almost never mandatory. Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Coordinate with several customer groups and perform the physical refresh of their Windows 7 shop floor and engineering PC in a project setting
- Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot, software, and computer peripherals
- Ability to set up, configure, and add all hardware
- Experience with asset management
- Install, move, add, and change - large IMAC events expected for client printer migration and PC refreshes
- Provide friendly technical support to end users in person at the customer site
- Assist Site Leader in the execution of established processes and escalations
- Ability to handle multiple projects
- Experience working in an enterprise environment
- The associate will be primary contact working with various levels of leadership including senior and c-level band so customer service is critical to being successful in this role
- 2-4 years' experience supporting PC hardware and software, however, a minimum of a year in desktop support is required
- CompTIA A+ would be nice-to-have
