This position is critical to the success of the business and plays a very important role in the growth and development of our company.
As the Customer Service - Dispatcher, your responsibilities will include scheduling of calls for our customers, working closely with the technicians to ensure excellence in service, documentation of accounts, answering phones, working with service team to hit goals, possibly ordering service parts, etc.
This position has growth potential and will report to the Service Manager and General Manager.
