We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative who is a results-oriented professional with excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Our Inside Sales Representatives manage established accounts and prospect leads to increase our customer base. They will participate in a product orientation program to quickly gain expertise with Ulbrich's products, customers and precision manufacturing processes.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Managing an inside sales territory;Building strong customer relationships;Assisting with forecasting and inventory management;Making outbound sales calls for the purpose of prospecting, expanding the customer base, and for marketing of additional products/product applications or services to existing customers;Responding to inbound sales calls/customer telephone inquiries concerning all company products, processing services, pricing and delivery options;Providing verbal and written quotations, negotiating order level pricing and order level freight terms, and determining inventory availability; andDocumenting customer orders in an accurate and timely manner, maintaining account files, preparing reports and corresponding as required.
