That’s what #LifeAtCummins is all about.We are looking for a talented Skilled Technician to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Engine Business Segment in Rocky Mount, NCIn this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:· Performs skilled activities which support manufacturing business needs. Selects and uses appropriate tools, machinery and specialty equipment completing work with limited guidance. Learns and understands the protocols of working safely with electricity and other energy sources with industrial equipment.· Participates actively with local Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) teams in ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.· Performs other miscellaneous duties as required to meet business goals.· Performs work in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals and specifications using various tools, measuring and testing instruments. · Performs work in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals and specifications using various tools, measuring and testing instruments.· Identify and reduce manufacturing constraints.Compensation and Benefits Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
