You will Perform assigned tasks as related to specific functions that may include any combination of General Clerical duties, tasks, or special projects as required or assigned (i.e. answering phones, filing, data entry, making copies, etc.).
You will travel
You will supervise Inventory Team In-Person and Remotely for multiple locations.
You will maintain material usage logs/spreadsheets to comply with our customer's usage and tracking system.
You will maintian a stock issue and control system that will account for and track all materials used in our construction process
You will assit with a complete physical inventory each month that will account for all materials stored, received and issued from the warehouse and yard
You will complete other duties as assigned
QualificationsWho we are looking for…
You have prior Supervisory experience
You must have xcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing.
You must be willing to travel
You must have basic computer and Microsoft Office experience, and must be proficient in Excel
You must have 1-3 years experience working in warehouse/materials
You are a self starter
You have effective communication skills
You are able to travel and work extended hours; overtime and weekends as needed
You are authorized to work in the United States for this company
You are at least 18 years old
You have a valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience
