Job DescriptionOur Corporate Pharmacy team focuses on providing high-quality, cost-effective pharmacy services to members. We manage prescription drug benefits, oversee medication safety programs, and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal drug therapy outcomes. This team works to enhance the overall health and wellness of members by integrating clinical expertise, innovative solutions, and strong partnerships with pharmacies and healthcare professionals.In this role, under general supervision, leveraging solid knowledge of relevant systems/applications, the Business Systems Analyst defines, evaluates, and validates requirements, business functional design, and technical design for small to moderately complex business issues within their domain. They act as a liaison, representing their department to develop effective technical solutions and minimize operational and system/application impacts. This role supports IT and program managers with problem resolution, testing, software upgrades, and related projects as needed.What You'll DoTechnical Support/Business Expertise:

Provide technical knowledge and support in operational system/application and procedural issues to both the business and IT, helping to find technical solutions to meet business goals.

Work in various phases of systems analysis, considering the business implications of applying technology to the current business environment.

Provide ongoing user support for ad hoc questions, inquiries, and service requests.

Provide timely and accurate reporting/data on inventory, productivity, user activity, and system performance as needed.

Project/Program Support:

Collaborate on projects and initiatives with the business and IT by eliciting and documenting business requirements and preparing appropriate functional specifications, considering the technical capabilities of the system/application.

May act as Business Lead/Coordinator on moderate single area/department projects.

Business Testing:

Coordinate testing plans with business areas and IT.

Serve as the point of contact for business testing activities, ensuring testing meets business requirements.

Document and occasionally execute test plans and scenarios.

Analyze and verify testing results for accuracy, relevance, and completeness.

Provide impact assessments and assist in formulating recommendations to the business owner regarding issues and risks.

Assist IT with hardware and software upgrades, security changes, and architectural enhancements as needed.

System Configuration:

Analyze, develop, and implement configuration changes to improve system performance and user efficiency.

Monitor configuration for accuracy and compliance with change control processes.

What You'll bring (Hiring Requirements)

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).

3+ years of experience in a related field.

In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of experience in a related field.

Nice to Have (Hiring Preferences)

Ability to understand and apply clinical criteria.

Ability to understand and apply AND/OR (conditional) logic to questionnaires with a given set of criteria.

Pharmacy technician experience is a plus.

Detail oriented mindset.

Ability to manage tight timelines.
