BreakDown Pay $100/day (if the breakdown lasts 24 hours)
Required: Occupational Insurance is required. $37.50 per week (provided at cost).
Required: Cargo Liability Deposit. $2,500 deposit is taken by $100 per week, for 25 weeks.
Optional: Driver Legal Plan $2.98 per week (Highly Recommended).
Optional: Operational Escrow (Highly Recommended) - "Savings Account" to provide driver with consistent paycheck during vacations or other situations. Weekly contribution amount is up to driver.
Team Contract Driver Information
30% of the load for Reefer.
5,000-7,000 average miles per week
$1,800-$2,000 average take home per week per driver (based on 5,000-5,500 miles per week)
Weekly Gross (Total value of loads) $12,000 - 15,000 (of which they will split 30%)
Each load averages 800-1,000 miles
BreakDown Pay $100 (the Team splits the pay)
Average cost paid per load is $3,000 or $2.50+ per mile
Required: Occupational Insurance is required. Plan is: $37.50 per week (provided at cost).
Required: Cargo Liability Deposit. $2,500 deposit is taken by $100 per week, for 25 weeks.

Lease Purchase Information
72% of the load for Reefer, 75% for Dryvan.
The 28% for Reefer & 25% for Dryvan that APL "receives" covers:

Zero money down. $5,000 deposit is taken by $100 per week, for 50 weeks.
$350-$430 weekly maintenance escrow, depending on make, model and year.
Each load averages 800-1,000 miles
Last 6-8 weeks there will no longer be a payment coming from their settlement. It comes from their $5000 deposit. Timeframe depends on weekly Truck payment amount.

Maintenance doesn’t have to be done at our shop, but we will need documentation from wherever maintenance is performed.

Owner Operator Information
Paid percentage of load.
If they ONLY have their Truck/Tractor: 75% Flatbed and Dry van 72% reefer
If they bring their Trailer: 80% Reefer (company is covering the insurance cost which is why it's 80%)
Can bring own equipment or can lease truck, trailer or both (Lease/Least Purchase)
Average cost paid per load is $2,200 or $2.50 per mile
Each load averages 800-1,000 miles
Maintenance Account (Optional)
If yes, Amount is optional (We pay for the repairs, repair costs will be debited from maintenance account, if repairs go over, a payment plan will be arranged).
If no, Company has no obligation to provide financial credit for repairs, any repairs paid for by Company will be charged back within the pay period. doesn’t have to be done at our shop, but we will need documentation from wherever maintenance is performed.
