We are seeking a Skilled Window and Door Installer to perform high-quality installations of residential and light commercial windows and doors. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, values attention to detail, and consistently delivers a top-tier customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Install windows and doors in residential and commercial settings (retrofit and new construction)
Ensure installations meet company quality standards and manufacturer specifications
Measure and cut materials to fit openings precisely
Remove old windows and doors with care
Weatherproof and seal installations properly
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Troubleshoot installation issues and provide effective solutions
Requirements:
Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in window and door installation
Strong knowledge of construction techniques and hand/power tools
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and work orders
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or scaffolding
Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or with a team
Must have knowledge of metal brake and experience in wrapping and installing G8 Aluminum coil
