Property Management Maintenance/Renovation Technician needed

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Onsite maintenance, renovation and grounds-keeping functions.
Physical condition of the property including vacant units, common areas and amenities.
Complete unit renovations, vacant unit turns, work orders, preventative maintenance, grounds and special projects in a timely manner meeting all deadlines.
All other related tasks assigned by property manager/regional manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
Property maintenance experience.
Knowledge of unit renovations, maintenance repair and service.
Groundskeeping experience a plus.
Working knowledge of industry standards and regulations and all aspects of property management maintenance.
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills; effective communicator.
Ability to read/write in English and to understand directives both orally and in writing.
Detail oriented and ability to multi-task is required.
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Work hours are scheduled around the requirements of the property and are subject to change as needed. Must be able to work in a highly varied work schedule. Job requirements often include weekend work hours.
