Carolina Water Damage Restoration is seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee residential restoration and repair projects.
This role involves managing day-to-day operations on jobsites, coordinating with subcontractors and technicians, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. You will also assist with material delivery, client communication, and light estimating or invoicing duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee water damage mitigation and reconstruction projects from start to finish
Perform walkthroughs and job site inspections to assess scope, progress, and quality
Coordinate with technicians and subcontractors for efficient scheduling and execution
Deliver materials and ensure crews have what they need to perform work on site
Communicate with homeowners and insurance adjusters as needed
Track job progress and assist with invoicing and collecting payments
We provide a company vehicle for use during work hours (no take-home vehicle initially), as well as mobile devices, software access, and necessary jobsite tools.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in residential construction, restoration, or project management
Strong communication and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Professional references
No serious criminal history
Xactimate Experience is a plus, Quickbooks Online Experience is a plus
