Commercial Superintendent
Skills & Responsibilities
- Ability to read plan set
- Able to schedule and manage subcontractors to meet project requirements
- Identify and record preexisting condition prior to project starting.
- General Carpentry Skills
- Prepare and maintain a project schedule
- Communicate with subcontractors and project managers
- Quality control of work being performed on the job.
- Maintaining a safe and clean and working environment.
- Tracking and reporting progress as required by the project manager, filling out and submitting all paperwork as requested including safety reports.
- Ability to bend, climb, and lift up to 75lbs throughout the workday.
- Use power and hand tools as needed.
- Ordering materials and tracking cost to stay within budget of the project.
- Implementing safety guidelines to meet local, state, and federal Regulations.
- Maintain a professional image on and off the job when representing the company.
Flexible work schedule – Fulltime. Some night and weekend work may be required at times.
o Must be able to work legally in the United States.
o Have a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and clean driving record.
o Work with Federal, State, and Local Regulations.
o Positive attitude, strong work ethic and the ability to accept direction.
o Be professional and courteous.
