Carpenter or Trim Carpenter

Commercial historical building contractor in Raleigh is accepting applications for a full-time carpenter or trim carpenter. His/her responsibilities will primarily include storefront restoration, window and door repair, interior trim, hardwood flooring installation and general carpentry. This is not a position for a superintendent with carpentry experience, however, candidates should have a thorough knowledge of construction and construction jobsite safety. 4 years of trim carpentry experience is required, or a strong resume and comprehensive portfolio. A positive attitude and good communication skills are necessary. Candidates should be able to lift 50lbs, have a valid driver’s license and are able to complete OSHA 10 training. Please send resume.
