We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in the restoration and construction industry, with strong HVAC knowledge and proven leadership experience. You will oversee multiple crews, manage projects from start to finish, and ensure quality results while maintaining excellent communication with clients, office staff, and other supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise multiple crews across various project stages.
Be hands-on when needed to ensure projects are completed to company standards.
Communicate effectively with clients, office staff, and other supervisors.
Use company software to track progress, document work, and manage tasks in the field.
Solve problems quickly and efficiently, ensuring smooth project flow.
Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively on-site.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in restoration or construction.
Strong HVAC knowledge required.
Ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills.
Proficiency with field software (training provided).
Valid NC driver’s license with a clean driving record.
