Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Telemarketing Loan Sales Specialist to join our team in Morrisville, NC. This role is perfect for someone with strong sales experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. While financial background experience is not required, it is considered a plus. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential customers, guide them through the loan process, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective customers to generate leads and close loan sales.

- Clearly communicate the benefits of Silver Lending's loan products to potential clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the loan process.

- Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate loan products that align with their financial goals.

- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to maximize sales opportunities.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, particularly in telemarketing.

- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Financial services experience is not required but is considered a plus.

- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
