Your Role:

As an A1 Floors Educated Flooring Specialist, you’ll:

Conduct in-home flooring consultations with both company-provided and self-generated leads

Bring the showroom to our customers with flooring samples, take accurate on-site measurements, understand the client’s goals, and set clear and honest expectations to ensure a happy experience for all!

Educate the customer and recommend the best options with integrity, clarity, and confidence

Have access to and utilize the software system to create quotes and close the deal knowing you are backed by a trusted local team and 5-star reputation

Input accurate and necessary data into the software system for every quote (included but not limited to: labeled diagrams to scale, notes for office/contractors, photos of site, contract verbiage with clear and accurate expectations of the job scope, etc).

Follow up with customers and have the flexibility to work that and personal appointments into your schedule

Build out your business through networking and self-generating opportunities (rewarded with increased commission tiers)
