Durham management company seeking Part-Time Office Assistant/Receptionist.
This entry level position provides customer reception and support at the site office, including coordination between residents, management staff and contract service providers. Position reports directly to the Property Manager and offers an opportunity to learn rental management and regulatory compliance from experienced professionals.
Responsibilities:
Customer support services to residents and applicants
Distribute notices and documents to site residents
Coordinate maintenance services on site
Maintain resident files and documentation
Supervise service vendors on site
