About the role
Manage day to day bookkeeping and AP and AR for a growing mobile automotive AC service company. You will keep the books accurate, maintain healthy cash flow, support vendors and customers, and help improve processes as we scale.
Responsibilities
Record and categorize daily transactions in QuickBooks Online and reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Create and send invoices, post payments, manage AR aging, and handle collections follow ups
Enter vendor bills, schedule payments, maintain AP aging, and manage vendor records including W9 and 1099 prep
Produce monthly P and L, balance sheet, cash flow snapshots, and simple job or parts cost tracking
Assist with Arizona TPT and sales tax filings and coordinate with the CPA at year end
Document standard operating procedures and suggest process improvements
Qualifications
2 plus years of bookkeeping with AP and AR focus service trades or automotive preferred
Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Excel or Google Sheets with a basic understanding of GAAP and cash versus accrual
Detail oriented, trustworthy, and responsive with strong written communication
Reliable home setup with stable internet and a quiet workspace and able to work Arizona time zone hours when needed
