The Hunt Law Firm, a well-established Plaintiff’s personal injury firm, is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) office assistant to join our team. This part-time position (9 AM – 2 PM, Monday – Friday) is ideal for someone looking for steady, engaging work during school hours, with a professional and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing the phone system with professionalism and accuracy
Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including preparing mail merges
Organizing and maintaining client files and office systems
Interviewing clients and gathering case-related information
Assisting attorneys and case managers with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
Previous office experience required (law office experience preferred but not necessary)
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general office technology
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow directives and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
Reliable and punctual—we need someone who is present and engaged every day
