Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks at commercial establishments, including offices, retail stores, restaurants, and other facilities.
- Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, breakrooms, and common areas.
- Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners.
- Wipe down surfaces, including countertops, tables, and windows.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request supplies when needed.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety standards.
- Adhere to specific cleaning schedules and complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred.
- Knowledge of various cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
- Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow instructions on product labels.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate with supervisors about what is needed to perform your duties.
