Experienced asphalt shingle roofer needed for roof repairs and
tune ups for multi-family 3 story apartment complexes.
Experience with changing out pipe boots, flashing, and OSB sheathing.
Must be comfortable with 3 story building heights.
TPO experience is a plus.
Must be proficient in various other handyman repairs.
