Durham apartment property management company has immediate openings for dependable folks with basic electrical and plumbing skills. Applicant MUST have dependable transportation and basic hand tools. This job includes occasional on-call duty. Mileage will be paid for job-related use of personal vehicle.
This is a full-time job with 7 paid holidays. Vacation and sick time will be accrued after 6 months of continuous full-time employment.
