Looking for an energetic part time maintenance person at an apartment complex located in Angier, NC.
Applicants must be able to do minor electrical, plumbing, paint, clean, handle basic resident work orders, perform preventive maintenance on a schedule, and make sure the property is clean and trash-free every day.
You need to have your own tools. Punctuality and reliability are a must!
Must have a valid driver's license with your own transportation. Must be able to pass background check and drug test. Must have good work references.
