A reputable, established Landscaping company in Apex NC is seeking the following:
Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead
Experience Level: Senior
Duties: Landscape maintenance of residential and commercial property routes, including mowing, edging, mulch, pine straw, planting and pruning. The primary goal of this position is to cultivate a new crew leader capable of running their own routes.
This position requires a clean driving record, personable demeanor and good communication.
Prior landscaping and equipment knowledge highly preferred.
Non-negotiable: Dependable, with good work ethic.

Pay commensurate with experience and references.
Starting at $20-$24 per hour
Must be available to work at least 30+ hours per week starting at 6:30 AM
Benefits stipend available after completion of 6 months and successful crew leadership
