Seeking motivated individual to run the installation department for BUSY metal roofing company.
Will be responsible for taking job after sale to completion and collection.
(Receive/Scrub paperwork, order metal, coordinate delivery, coordinate measure, schedule installation, ensure collection and signatures from customer as needed)
Recruit and manage 1099 installers
Recruit and manage measurers
Make sure customers are 100% satisfied.
Must have knowledge of metal roofing, pitch, ordering, recruiting etc.
Must have computer skills. (CRM management, excel, google docs a plus)
Must have great communication skills for interaction between installers and customers.
