Durham apartment property has immediate openings for dependable folks with ground/maintenance skills. Applicant MUST have dependable transportation and basic hand tools. This job includes occasional on-call duty. Mileage will be paid for job-related use of personal vehicle.
This is a full-time job with 7 paid holidays. Vacation and sick time will be accrued after 6 months of continuous full-time employment.
