General Labor - Part time - outside my home

Looking for additional help around my home before the winter weather gets here. Lots to be done. I have someone one day a week for 6 hours already but could use another person for an additional 8 hours or so until near Xmas time. Weekends preferred as I am often busy during the week even though I am retired. Work would involve replacing deck boards, steps, ramps and other replacement projects. Window trim on the ground level needs replacement. Basic yard work like leaf cleanup and tree debris removal. Cleaning of cars, power washing of concrete, removal of weeds and vines, etc. I will work with you on many chores but some I expect to show what needs to be done and leave you to do it. Easy to get along with. Flexible hours and days, just show up when you say you will or I really can't use you. Pay is $15/hour unless you have special skills such as carpentry or electrical. We can meet in Cary near my home to interview. Local person highly preferred. Must speak and understand fluent English. I am sorry that I cannot speak other languages and clear communication is important to me. Broken or weak English will not do. I can provide any safety equipment such as gloves, goggles, hearing protection, respirator, etc. If you are afraid to get dirty, this job is not for you.
